Harrison Guy is from La Marque, TX and resides in Houston, TX. He attended Prairie View A & M University. He works as the Director of Arts & Culture for the 5th Ward Cultural Arts District, an African American district in Texas.

He joined Delta Phi Upsilon in 2005 through the Iota Chapter in Houston, TX. His Leadership in the organization includes, Chapter President and Membership Committee Chairman, Southwestern Regional Director, Southern Regional Director, 2nd Vice President, and National President. He is an American Leadership Forum Senior Fellow, and a National Fellow through Dance/USA.

Dr. Steven Nelson was born, raised, and resides in Houston, TX. He has an AAS in Emergency Medical Services Professions from Lone Star College – North Harris, a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Health Sciences from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, a Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration from Texas Southern University, and a Doctorate of Healthcare Administration with specialization in Health Policy and Advocacy from Capella University. He currently works as an Educator and a Paramedic.

He joined Delta Phi Upsilon in Spring 2013 through the Iota Chapter in Houston, TX. His leadership in the organization includes Chapter Membership Chairman, Chapter Secretary, Chapter, Chapter Communications Chair, Chapter Vice President, Chapter Programs Chairman, Chapter President, Southern Regional Director, and National Membership Committee Chairman. He was awarded as the In-Charge Paramedic of the Year in 2021, and the CORPS Award (Caring for Others with Respect, Professionalism and Service) in Feb 2024.

He enjoys bowling, listening to old school R&B, cooking, and sleeping. What he admires most about Delta Phi Upsilon is the fact he can be authentically and unapologetically himself, and he feels seen.

Kelle’ Martin is from Houston, TX and currently resides in Austin, TX. He has a Bachelors in English Literature and a minor in Gender Studies from the University of Texas and a Masters in Administrative Practice Social Work with a concentration in Policy from the University of Houston. He currently works as an Executive Director in the non-profit space.

He joined Delta Phi Upsilon in 2012 through the Iota Chapter in Houston, TX. His leadership in the organization includes Chapter Parliamentarian and Chairman of the Membership Committee in 2020. He is an African American Leadership Institute Fellow and serves as the Austin Transitional Grant Area HIV Planning Council Chair.

He enjoys writing and gaming. What he admires most about Delta Phi Upsilon is that he gets introduced to many members that he shares many interests with that he may not have had the opportunity to meet otherwise. Treveon Murdock was born in Houston, TX and resides in Brooklyn, NY. He has a BS in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University and an MA in Criminology from University of Houston-Clear Lake. He works in Secondary School Leadership.

He joined Delta Phi Upsilon in 2011 through the Iota Chapter in Houston, TX. His leadership in the organization includes Chapter Basileus, Chapter Grammateus, Chapter Parliamentarian, Regional Parliamentarian, and National Secretary. He was awarded the prestigious Phi Award in 2017 at Parliament.

He has a love for learning and enjoys diving into new books and exploring intriguing topics. What he admires most about Delta Phi Upsilon is her steadfast commitment to providing a space for like-minded individuals. For almost 40 years, Delta has fostered a community where individuals can connect, collaborate, and grow together, creating lasting bonds and opportunities for personal and professional development. He received a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport and currently attends Fordham University, pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Administration & Policy. Mr. Parker works as an Elementary School Director.

He joined Delta Phi Upsilon in 2014 through the North Atlantic Region in Philadelphia, PA. He enjoys hiking, skiing, camping, and traveling. What he admires most about Delta Phi Upsilon is the continued commitment to improve. His favorite quote is: “Expansion Always, in All Ways.”

Jamie Allen is from Manhattan, NY and lives in Atlanta, GA. He has a Bachelor’s of Social Work from Savannah State University and a Master’s of Public Health from Howard University. He currently works as a Program Director for Georgia Department of Public Health.

He joined Delta Phi Upsilon in 2013 through the Southwestern Region and is a Charter Member of the Theta Chapter in Atlanta , GA. His leadership in the organization includes Vice President and Chapter President of the Theta Chapter. He received the prestigious Heart of Delta Award in 2019.

He enjoys writing, jogging and most recently playing call of duty mobile. What he admires most about Delta Phi Upsilon is the organization’s structure, its strong foundation, and our ability to come together. Timothy Dorsey is from Washington, D.C. and resides in Harrisonburg, VA. He received a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and a Masters of Management from the University of Maryland University College. He also has a Masters of Divinity from Payne theological Seminary. He currently works as A Pastor and in higher education as an Assistant Director of Admissions and Scholarships.

He joined Delta Phi Upsilon in 2010 through what is now known as the Lambda Chapter. His leadership in the organization has included Chapter Vice President 2012-2013, Chapter President 2014-2015, National Parliamentarian and Chairman of the National Standards Committee, 2015-19, Northern Regional Director 2019-2023. Mr. Doresy was awarded the very prestigious Brother of the Year Award in 2018.

He enjoys playing the piano and swimming. What he admires most about Delta Phi Upsilon is that it is a small brotherhood where he has cultivated many different and lifelong friendships.
